Central Coast Pride, which was begun in 1996, takes place in July 9 through July 11, 2010. QBliss will also be presenting  Central Coast / San Luis Obispo Pride with The QBliss GLBTIA Creating Change Community Award - The Russell Olivera Jr Voice of PRIDE Award 2010. QBliss will have a booth there and will bring you full coverage of this great event.

America Ferrera, Wilmer Valderrama, Barry Corbin and many more hit the red carpet at the second night of the The Dallas International Film Festival. Filmmakers, stars, dignitaries, and special guests strolled down the red carpet at the Magnolia theater in Dallas Texas sharing there latest films and projects.

America Ferrera and Wilmer Valderrama star in The Dry Land the film which is about a U.S. soldier returning home from war struggles to reconcile his experiences abroad with the life and family he left in Texas. The film was the highlighted event of the night.

The film festival was known as the AFI Dallas film festival for the past few years, this year the Dallas Film Society decided to get rid of the expensive AFI name and create a festival that could stand on its own and bring the same level of stars, films, and classiness the AFI name gave them in the past.
