About R. Olivera Jr.

Olivera started QBliss in 1999, after surviving a rare form of cancer, and seeing impact of the death of Mathew Shepard in our community. Olivera was tired of going online for news and information on our community, and being, bombarded with what seemed to be our community's stereotypes and sex lives.

He started QBliss a place that a young gay kid in the middle of no where, and a mother who might have just found out that her child was gay, or a person who's best friend just came out to them could come and find common ground.
The thirty something year old believes that we can all change the world one little step at a time.
