About Breaking The Rainbow – A Domestic Violence Event and Workshop

Breaking The Rainbow – A Domestic Violence Event and Workshop Presented By QBliss is a dynamic multimedia event using speakers, videos, presentations, special guests and frank discussions to help participants understand how to better identify, become informed and assist victims of domestic violence.

Statistics show that this form of abuse occurs with similar frequency as in heterosexual relationships. Each year, between 50,000-100,000 lesbians (or more) and as many as 500,000 (or more) gay men are battered, and one in four GLBTI relationships are abusive in some way—about the same as in hetero relationships.
